"Communication Is Excellent"

We switched to Integrity Pools after a bad experience with another service over a year ago, and the difference is like night and day. The communication is excellent, they do a great job, and I feel that the pricing is very fair. I like that they have a schedule for my filter cleanings and will call me to get them set up. They always let me know if something needs to be repaired and their repair service is very efficient. Big thanks especially to Chris, I always appreciate how he communicates before coming to clean and will even follow up after a service to make sure everything is still working correctly.

"Customer Service Is Great"

Just started using integrity this summer and would highly recommend them. Their customer service is great. They call to check in from time to time to see how my service is going, which shows they care Eduardo has been our main cleaning tech and he is great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. He never hesitates to let me know if anything extra may be needed, and has even come out on a Saturday to clean when he has been delayed.

Integrity Pools is an exceptional company. I started using them to resolve a major algae issue I had. They diagnosed, treated and resolved the issue within days. Three years later, I’m a loyal client and have a beautiful pool thanks to their weekly service program. My service tech, Kevin, does a fantastic job every week. He is thorough and takes pride in exceeding his clients’ expectations. Pool services are not cheap these days, but you definitely get your money’s worth with this crew!
